1. Bookings & Payments
A non-refundable booking fee of 20% of the total package price secures your spot. Full payment is due 14 days before the tour date unless otherwise arranged.
Payment methods: Pesapal link (https://store.pesapal.com/bushwalkerlimited) or other Truehost-supported invoices.
2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 21 days before departure incur only the booking fee.
Cancellations between 21 and 7 days before travel are charged 50% of the total trip cost.
Cancellations within 7 days of departure or no-shows incur 100% of the trip cost.
Rescheduling is treated as a new booking and subject to availability.
3.Safety and Insurance
Bush Walker Adventures provides certified guides, safety briefings, and safety gear (hard hats, harnesses, life vests where applicable). Guests must follow guide instructions at all times. We may refuse participation if safety protocols are ignored.
All clients are strongly encouraged to have personal travel insurance covering accidents, evacuation, and medical costs. Bush Walker Adventures is not liable for injuries resulting from client negligence or failure to disclose medical conditions.
4. Liability for Loss
Clients are responsible for personal belongings. Bush Walker Adventures is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged luggage or equipment. Please label all items and keep valuables on your person during transfers and activities.
5. Airport Services and Transfers
Transfers between Nairobi and Naivasha are included only when explicitly listed in the itinerary. Airport meet-and-greet or private transfers are not included unless booked separately; add-ons are available for an extra fee.
6. Permits and Fees
All park entry fees, permits, and concession dues listed in the itinerary are included. Any optional excursions or third-party activities are billed separately and must be confirmed in advance.
7. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by weather, government restrictions, strikes, or other events beyond our control. Alternate arrangements will be offered when possible.
8. Communication
Official correspondence happens via bushwalkeradventure@gmail.com or WhatsApp +254708678727. Changes must be communicated in writing at least 7 days before departure.
9. Amendments
Bush Walker Adventures reserves the right to amend these terms. Guests will be notified before booking or travel if any major changes occur.
10. Acceptance
Payment of the booking fee constitutes acceptance of these terms.
Privacy Policy
Bush Walker Adventures collects only the personal information needed to confirm bookings, keep you safe onsite, and send essential communications. This includes names, contact details, emergency contacts, and any medical or dietary notes you share when booking.
We do not sell or share your data with unrelated third parties. Your information is stored securely and retained only for as long as needed to deliver the services you booked or to meet legal obligations. You may request updates or deletion of your personal data by emailing bushwalkeradventure@gmail.com.
