- Day 1: Nairobi → Naro Moru Gate → Meteorological Station (3,050m)
- Day 2: Meteorological Station → Mackinder's Camp (4,200m) via Vertical Bog
- Day 3 (Summit): Pre-dawn push → Point Lenana (4,985m) at sunrise → descend to Old Moses Camp
- Day 4: Descent → Naro Moru Gate → return Nairobi

Mount Kenya — Chogoria Route
The most breathtaking route up Mount Kenya. Pass glacial tarns, peer into the dramatic Gorges Valley and camp beside the crystal-clear Lake Michaelson before your summit push.
- Day 1: Nairobi → Chogoria Gate → Forest Station bandas (3,000m)
- Day 2: Forest Station → Lake Ellis Camp (3,400m) via Urumandi Falls
- Day 3: Lake Ellis → Lake Michaelson (4,200m) via Gorges Valley
- Day 4 (Summit): Pre-dawn → Point Lenana (4,985m) → descend via Sirimon
- Day 5: Descent to Sirimon Gate → Nairobi
Best Acclimatisation
Mount Kenya — Sirimon Route
The quietest and least-crowded route, passing through impressive yellowwood forests with abundant wildlife — elephant, buffalo and eland are regularly spotted on this trail.
- Day 1: Nairobi → Sirimon Gate → Old Moses Camp (3,300m)
- Day 2: Old Moses → Shiptons Camp (4,200m) via Mackinder Valley
- Day 3: Acclimatisation day — explore the valley and peaks viewpoint
- Day 4 (Summit): Pre-dawn → Point Lenana (4,985m) → descend to Old Moses
- Day 5: Descent to Sirimon Gate → Nairobi
Day Hike
Mount Longonot — Crater Hike
A rewarding volcanic crater hike in the Great Rift Valley, just 90 minutes from Nairobi. Climb to the rim for sweeping views of Lake Naivasha and the Rift Valley floor. 4–5 hrs total hiking.
- 6:00am: Depart Nairobi
- 8:30am: Longonot Gate — briefing & start hike
- 10:00am: Crater rim arrival — optional full circuit walk
- 1:00pm: Packed lunch at gate
- 3:30pm: Return to Nairobi

Hell's Gate — Gorge Walk & Cycling
Walk through towering volcanic gorges, spot zebras and giraffes roaming freely alongside you, and cycle through open savanna. One of Kenya's only hike-inside-a-national-park experiences. Perfect for families and corporates.

Ngong Hills — Ridge Walk
A scenic ridge walk with panoramic views of the Great Rift Valley on one side and Nairobi on the other. A KWS armed ranger accompanies all groups for security. Perfect Saturday morning outing.

30km of shaded forest trails, a waterfall, river caves and abundant birdlife — right in the heart of Nairobi. Perfect for beginners, families, and corporate team-building groups. No vehicle needed.
Off the Beaten Path
Mount Elgon — Chorlim Gate Expedition
A remote, uncrowded alternative to Mount Kenya straddling the Kenya-Uganda border. Dramatic lava tube caves, waterfalls, diverse wildlife and a genuine sense of wilderness exploration.
- Day 1: Nairobi → Kitale → Chorlim Gate (2,400m)
- Day 2: Trek through montane forest → Lower Elgon Camp (3,500m)
- Day 3: Moorland trek → Koitobos Base Camp (3,950m) — visit lava caves
- Day 4 (Summit): Koitobos Peak (4,321m) → descend
- Day 5: Return to Chorlim Gate → Nairobi
Technical Climb
Mount Kenya — Batian/Nelion Technical Summit
The ultimate Kenya mountaineering challenge. Batian (5,199m) and Nelion (5,188m) require technical rock climbing with specialist equipment and IFMGA-certified guides. A prerequisite skills call is required before booking.
