Travel through Chogoria, Meru Bandas and Lake Ellis, then follow Gorges Valley to Minto’s Camp. Cross Point Lenana to Shipton’s base camp, prepare at Kami Hut and make a multi-pitch ascent to Batian Peak (5,199m), returning through Sirimon.
Pickup in Naivasha. 4×4 to Chogoria Forest Gate. Move to Meru Bandas.
Trek to Lake Ellis moorlands. Lakeside fly-fishing tutorial and camp setup.
Hike along Gorges Valley ridges to Minto’s Camp.
Cross Point Lenana for trail marking; descend into northern Shipton’s base camp.
Scramble to Kami Hut. Full technical gear dress rehearsal.
Multi-pitch vertical ascent to Batian Peak (5,199m). Rappel to Shipton’s.
Downhill path through Sirimon valley trail. Board vehicle for return to Naivasha.
