Kijabe sits on the eastern wall of the Rift Valley, with views straight across to Longonot and Suswa. The escarpment has classic multi-pitch trad climbing, sport routes and adventure scrambles, plus excellent forest hiking trails through Kijabe Hill and Kinangop Forest.
